This workshop looks at ways of ensuring that communicating does not become blocked and how to build relationships that promote 'quality' in communication.

"What happens when we move from one place to another"

The one constant in life is change. We all need to develop an ability to deal with the changes that happen all around us.

This course centers on the process of letting go, creating new beginnings and most importantly the part in the middle of that process the neutral zone. Change can effect how we think, feel and act.
