To be an executive in an organisation can be exciting and challenging. It can also be lonely and cause high levels of anxiety and stress. It is often the role of the executive to mange and support a team of people, in doing so they will carry a high level of responsibility for those people and their actions.

To hold an executive position is demanding. In order to operate at a level of effectiveness and efficiency that is expected from someone in such a position it is important for that person to feel comfortable with the role they are being asked to undertake.

At Mind Gliding our programme of executive coaching will provide the executive with some time and space to objectively asses what they are doing. This will ensure that they are operating as closely as possible to their optimum capabilities.

The Mind Gliding executive coaching programme contains suggestions and guidance on how to develop and maintain a sense of being fully comfortable and competent in the role of an executive.

The meetings and seminars organised by Mind Gliding are designed to recognise and acknowledge the skills and abilities an executive currently has.
